2.1           Our Site is owned and operated by Nero Scuro SRL, a limited liability company (Società a Responsabilità Limitata under the Italian law) registered in Italy under REA number VI - 360112, whose registered address is Viale Venezia 16/N, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI) - Italy and whose main trading address is Via Bellini 5, 36022 Cassola (VI) – Italy.

2.2           We are a micro-roastery focused on specialty coffees only based in Italy. We offer only exceptional specialty coffees, hand roasted in small batches of 4kg or less upon customer orders. We also offer specific products dedicated to the specialty coffee enthusiast as well as training services related to all the coffee supply chain. While we mostly sell wholesales, Our Website is designed to directly sell to individual, final customers.

 

3.              Scope – What Does This Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of Our Site. It does not extend to any websites that are linked to from Our Site (whether We provide those links or whether they are shared by other users). We have no control over how your data is collected, stored or used by other websites and We advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

6.              How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

6.1           We only keep your data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 5, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.  In any event, We will conduct an annual review to ascertain whether we need to keep your data. Your data will be deleted if we no longer need it in accordance with the terms of our Data Retention Policy. Our Data Retention Policies are:

·       When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

·       When you subscribe to Our newsletter, we will maintain your email address for the porpoise of sending you the newsletter unless you unsubscribe from it

·       When you send us an email, we will maintain your email content and any related information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

6.2           Some or all of your data may be stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using Our Site and submitting information to Us.
